1. Introduction

This Subscription Policy governs the subscription services provided through the Filtroo website (www.filtroo.co) and the Filtroo mobile application (the “App”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Filtroo offers various subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Access to basic features with a daily limit of 100 points.
  • Gold Plan: Offers additional features, including unlimited points, double points for shared content, exclusive app background, and weekly gift card draws.

The Gold Plan offers three subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscription: Standard monthly rate with no discount.
  • Semi-Annual Subscription: 10% discount on the total amount for a six-month subscription.
  • Annual Subscription: 20% discount on the total amount for a one-year subscription.

3. Trial Period Activation

New users earn a one-month Gold Plan trial by redeeming 20 points after completing the app’s onboarding immediately post-download, adhering to Google Play’s guidelines. If unredeemed, the trial is forfeited, leading users to choose between the Free Plan or paid subscriptions.

Post-trial, users automatically switch to the Free Plan, with options to subscribe to the Gold Plan for varying durations (Monthly Subscription: Standard monthly rate with no discount, Semi-Annual Subscription: 10% discount on the total amount for a six-month subscription, Annual Subscription: 20% discount on the total amount for a one-year subscription).

4. Subscription Fees and Payment

4.1. Variable Subscription Fees:

Fees for the Gold Plan vary based on:

  • Payment Plan: Monthly, semi-annual, or annual options.
  • User’s Country: Fees may differ by country, reflecting local market conditions and taxes.
  • Promotions: Occasional promotional offers will be communicated through our website, app, or other channels.

4.2. Payment Process:

Fees are charged to your Google Play account. The amount reflects the chosen plan, user’s location, and any discounts.

4.3. Google Play Policies:

Payment and subscription management comply with Google Play Store policies.

4.4. Fee Changes:

Users will be notified of any fee changes in advance.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

5.1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.2. Manage and cancel subscriptions via your Google Play account settings.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store policies and Filtroo’s discretion.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

Filtroo reserves the right to modify subscription plans. Changes will be communicated in advance.

Scope and Application of Policies

Filtroo Estonia is the sole entity authorized to implement and oversee all measures detailed in these documents, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The entity in the USA will not be involved in or held accountable for any of the activities or obligations set forth in these contracts and policies.

By engaging with our services, users acknowledge and agree that Filtroo Estonia will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of their interaction with the company's services, including data management, customer support, and the application of contractual terms.
