E-gift vouchers from Filtroo allow you to redeem discounts on products from over 1,000 brands in our marketplace.
How to Purchase:
- Visit the Gift Vouchers section in our marketplace.
- Select the desired voucher amount.
- Complete the purchase, and the voucher will be emailed to you or the recipient instantly. Check spam/junk folders if not received immediately.
How to Redeem:
- Log into your Filtroo account.
- Enter the voucher code at checkout to apply the discount.
Delivery Information:
Vouchers are typically delivered instantly, but it may take up to 24-48 hours due to vendor delays.
If you haven’t received your voucher, check your inbox, spam, or junk folder.

Voucher Validity:
Each voucher has a specific validity period mentioned at the time of purchase. Validity cannot be extended, and vouchers cannot be canceled after delivery.
Common Issues and Resolutions:
- I can’t access my mail. How do I know about the voucher code? Email support@filtroo.co with your official email and company details to receive a copy of the voucher code.
- What if my gift card/voucher is stolen or there is fraud detected? Raise a ticket or email us at support@filtroo.co. We will ensure it is resolved.
- Delay in Voucher Delivery: Most vouchers are delivered instantly. Some may have a defined Turn Around Time (TAT) mentioned under T&C.
- Invalid/Used Voucher Code: If you encounter an error stating the code is “Invalid/Used,” please raise a ticket or email support@filtroo.co. We will update you within 24 hours.
- Resend Voucher to Alternate Email ID: Email support@filtroo.co with the Order ID and the alternate email ID, marking your official email in CC. We will validate and resend it to the alternate email ID.
Scope and Application of Policies
All actions, decisions, and procedures outlined in the company’s contracts and policies, as well as the enforcement of terms and conditions, will be the exclusive responsibility of Filtroo Estonia. Filtroo Estonia is the sole entity authorized to implement and oversee all measures detailed in these documents, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The entity in the USA will not be involved in or held accountable for any of the activities or obligations set forth in these contracts and policies.
By engaging with our services, users acknowledge and agree that Filtroo Estonia will be solely responsible for managing all aspects of their interaction with the company's services, including data management, customer support, and the application of contractual terms.
